The only refunds or exchanges we accept will be solely up to our discretion. If you need to exchange, please note that the item you may wish to exchange may be out of stock, and you will be added to the waitlist.
Once you receive your product(s), you have 48 hours from the day of reception to inspect them and make note of any damage or missing items. After 48 hours we are not liable.
CONSIGNMENT SHOP: Items purchased from our consignment shop has a three (3) day return policy, from the date item was delivered. please thoroughly inspect all items upon arrival.
Please note that our items are deeply discounted due to normal wear and tear of items.
Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns before purchasing an consignment item, as we’ll gladly provide additional pictures.
If your product is damaged during the first 3 months, excluding damages caused by normal wear and tear, airline handling, abuse, cosmetic damage or other transit damage, please email us at info@therocollection.com, detailing the damage, along with pictures.
We will notify you via email, if your handbag is eligible for repair under our warranty.
If eligible, The Ro Collection will cover the repair expenses, including shipping costs to and from us. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it.
**warranty does not include CONSIGNMENT SHOP items.
