We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS (if you choose). Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please visit USPS.com. 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; it is your responsibility to file a claim at CLAIM WITH USPS.

We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. Additionally, we are not responsible for weather-related damage or delays.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. 

You will not be refunded for the purchase if USPS loses the package unless you’ve purchased the additional insurance.

If your package is returned, please contact us immediately with the correct address. 

Processing time is 3 to 5 business days, and 7 business days for back ordered or pre-order items when they become available. We do not ship on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) or US Holidays.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.
